Torquay, Hervey Bay

74 Bideford Street, located in Hervey Bay has re-opened as a premium commercial hub with high foot traffic and great business opportunities with flexible leases and has been trading with great success.

Stage 1 of the centre was refurbished and extended in mid-2020. The centre maintained the same tenants throughout this development, Nightowl Convenience and Puma, Top of the Bay Bakery, Cheesecake Shop, BWS, and brought on a new addition to the mix Mimo’s Pizza.

Today the NightOwl Petrol & Convenience store fuelled by Puma draws over 375,000 customers a year.

Current tenants in the centre have brought great traction and mix to this busy suburban convenience hub. All fueled with the busyness of the centre, Steve Mimo Owner of ‘Mimo’s Pizza’ comments on the business growth of his shop since arriving at Torquay Land, “Since opening, we have seen high growth in our sales and our customers are delighted with our new store and awesome location”.

Stage 2 development is planned for the rear block located on Urangun Street. Allowing more great business opportunities for commercial real estate in Hervey Bay. The current owners are open to ideas for the next stage.
